TRG Search Partners Together with our team, located in three primary offices, and with the support of a growing group of partnership alliances, TRG Search Partners provides strategic recruitment services in Accounting and Finance Management, Human Resource Management, and in Digital Media Technologies. In 2003, Nicole founded TRG Search Partners and has remained the liaison of her own client and candidate portfolios since conception. Prior to TRG, Nicole managed teams in Accounting and Human Resource functions with a focus on Organizational Development. Nicole remains an active participant on various leadership counsels serving both the HR and recruitment industries thru NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services) and FAPS (Florida Association of Personnel Services) as an advisor and within board participation. Michael has spent his career in Film and Television Production and Digital Media Technologies. During the past five years Michael founded and developed Youography, a Digital Media consulting firm located in Sarasota, Florida. In 2015, after several years of consulting with TRG Search Partners, the two firms merged. Michael will be tasked with providing recruitment services within the exciting and growing industry of Digital Media. We are excited to have Michael on board! We look forward to his expertise.
