Wyatt started his own construction company, The Marks Group, LLC, after a 10-year career in commercial and residential construction. He is a Florida native that graduated with high honors from the University of Florida, where he majored in Building Construction and minored in Business Administration. Wyatt’s love for construction started at a young age. When he was just a boy, he helped his parents build their first house. Wyatt’s passion has continued to evolve. He’s worked for Pasco County Schools, EBY Construction and Ryland Homes. Wyatt has obtained his Certified Residential Contractor’s License and his Florida Real Estate Broker’s License. He is also a member of the Home Builder’s Association of Central Florida, Florida home builder’s association, and National Association of Home Builders. He has built more than 150 homes in the Orlando area. Wyatt’s experience, work ethic and integrity make him a contractor you can trust! Horacio supervises various aspects of field projects for the Marks Group, LLC. Horacio began his construction career working for B&V Framing as a superintendent. It was here that he perfected his skills and realized his passion for building homes. He learned everything he could from framing to drywall to painting. In 2003, Horacio became the owner of HG Construction Services, a company that specializes in home improvement services. Horacio has also been an employee of Walt Disney World for 25 years. He is hardworking, honest, and dedicated in everything he does. Julie Marks manages all sales and promotions for the Marks, Group, LLC. She also edits all Web and advertising content. Julie is a freelance producer and writer. She works as a national field producer for Ivanhoe Broadcast News – a company that delivers health reports to television stations around the country.
