We work directly for many of the residential community builders in the area, installing many of the products we offer. The problem is that most of the builders only include what is required, which leaves the home owners needing to add some extras to the home to function the way desired. Many of the products we offer as an aftermarket product  direct to the homeowner, we also install for builders, possibly yours.  Many builders would suggest that these products and services are extras and left for the homeowner to negotiate.  The reason is that the home will function with the components that have been supplied, and the price for the project has come within some budget.  Problems is that when many of our products are not included the home does function, just not optimally.  Example: If the home dose not come with a gutter and downspout system to control the rain water splash & run off or a screen enclosure to enjoy the home without being harassed by insects and wildlife.
