Franke Joehl, recently awarded 2016 Administrator of the Year from EXIT Realty Florida, began his career in real estate with EXIT Realty in 2015. He was a personal assistant for a highly success real estate team in Central Florida. As a personal assistant, he assisted these agents daily with office and transaction based tasks such as, lead generation, marketing materials, scheduling showings and helping manage buyers and sellers throughout their transactions. After being a personal assistant for a year, he decided it was time to step out on his own, and get his Florida Real Estate Sales license and begin selling. He received his real estate license in early 2016 and became a REALTOR® with EXIT Realty Leaders in Citrus County, Florida. He dove further into the world of real estate transactions and daily life as a licensed agent. In late 2016, He was approached by our Broker/Owners with a new position, Director of Training & Technology, that they were creating at EXIT Realty Leaders and he decided to go for it. Training, something that as an agent he loved attending. he loved the fact that he could take something from every training session and easily apply it to his own business. Technology, something that as a member of the millennial generation he uses daily in his life and knows a little something about. With real estate now so technology-driven, recent training courses have provided him with exposure to cutting edge technology, tools and techniques to effectively educate and assist our agents in this technology based market. His daily duties include monitoring our lead generation system, providing technical support to our agents and staff, creating and updating our many websites and apps, conducting weekly training sessions for our agents, conducting our new agent orientation, creating marketing materials for our brokerage and agents, and maintaining the social media presence of EXIT Realty Leaders across all social media platforms.
