Company Background Since 1954, Kent Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing for much of Northwest Indiana's indoor comfort and energy efficiency needs. Allen Kent is the second generation owner of the family-owned business, which was founded by his parents, Jim and Norma Kent. Today, Kent Heating and Air Conditioning employs 17 trained and experienced professionals. Pat shared his knowledge on Honeywell's full spectrum line of controls including Wi-Fi thermostats, geofencing products, water detection controls, and the newest product offerings coming in the next month. Proper applications matching, comfort system set-up, wiring, programming, and other areas were thoroughly presented. Lennox presented Kent Heating and Air Conditioning with the coveted Lennox Centurion Award for Dealership Excellence. The honor is awarded to only the top 5% of Lennox Dealers throughout North America, and recognizes industry leadership, purchase volume, product mix, fiscal responsibility, and overall relationship with the Chicago District Lennox team. Presenting the award and pictured are Andrew Wingate (red shirt), Lennox Territory Manager, Allen Kent (center), President and CEO of Kent Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. and Sean Dinel, Lennox Industries Chicago District Sales Manager. Lennox Industries, Inc. once again held their regional dealer meeting at the J.W. Marriott, Indianapolis, and didn't hesitate to put on a first class educational and product showcase program for many of their 6000+ dealers across North America. Much of the event focused on upcoming leading technologies that will be rolled out this year to enable Lennox dealers to continue to build upon their leading position in delivering superior quality and customer service.
