Goss, Jr., second generation general engineering contractor specializing in concrete repair and restoration, is the President of Goss Construction Company, Inc., located within Rancho Cucamonga, California. John has been involved in the repair and restoration of concrete structures for over 22 years. He is currently President of the Los Angeles/Orange County, California Chapter of ICRI, and is Chairman of ICRI’s Chapters Committee. John also serves on ICRI’s Certification Committee. The mission of the International Concrete Repair Institute is to be a leading resource for education and information to improve the quality of repair, restoration, and protection of concrete and other structures in accordance with consensus criteria. The philosophy of the group is that if the quality of work is improved, and purchasers of repair services feel that they are obtaining a durable product, the demand for their products and services will increase and the image of the concrete repair industry will be elevated.
