: We don’t believe in exercise fads, crash diets, or quick fixes. We are powered by hard work, encouragement, and determination.  Working out should be fun and engaging. At FDR we do all types of work outs from traditional strength, cardio and body weight work outs to more creative work outs like trivia work outs, military scenario work outs, wood day ( where you do everything lifting a big piece of wood) to playground work outs. We are not afraid to try any type of work and we have something for everyone. All Clients of FDR will receive a running program to help train for the event. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:30, and sometimes Sat. At FDR each work out will have 3 different fitness levels, to make sure we are challenging to the people who need to be pushed, and teaching, encouraging clients who may be new to exercise.
