Dunnellon Business Association Meetings The Dunnellon Business Association has monthly meetings at various local business locations, visit their website for this month’s times and locations. www.DunnellonBusinessAssociation.com Dunnellon Business Association Mission Statement… The mission of the Dunnellon Business Association is to promote and advocate for the businesses serving the Greater Dunnellon area which includes businesses in Citrus, Levy and Marion counties in Florida. Its vision is to provide businesses, artists, entertainment venues and residents a place to prosper and business to flourish. About the Dunnellon Business Association The Dunnellon Business Association was formed in late June of 2014, from a group of business owners and operators currently located or serving the greater Dunnellon area. The DBA strives to provide value added membership. The focus of this group is to promote and work together with its members through marketing, networking and reciprocal referrals to build a better business. The DBA offers monthly networking meetings that focus on a particular subject matter(s) that has been identified as an interest from our current members. We have committee opportunities for our members to serve in areas such as Government Affairs, Marketing, Membership, Relocation, Tourism and Visitor Center. Our individualized business resources review with the business owner how we can better serve their business needs. We encourage our members to serve their communities and offer an incentive to those that do. In our first 6 months we have grown our membership from zero to seventy four members. Our directory serves as a resource for businesses, residents, and visitors. We have obtained an office space that serves as a dual purpose of a visitor center which allows those that are discovering or exploring Dunnellon to learn about our DBA members and how they can serve them now or in the future. Our Buy Local/Shop Local philosophy encourages our residents and visitors to buy from one of our small business owners when possible. We market our members additionally through our Facebook page to the public and share our members Facebook pages and/or special events or sales they may be hosting. We encourage reciprocal partnership in marketing, advertising and business resources. We offer new business mentorship for those started out and many other opportunities for established businesses to take advantage of. The DBA is a vital and strong business resource for your business.
