Sandra wrote a book on test anxiety titled: Testing Success: Learning to Control Your Anxiety and she is the Owner of Counseling for Your Success where she enjoys conducting workshops to reduce anxiety, and coaching individuals to overcome their fears and anxieties so they will succeed. In addition, Sandra is a former instructor at Lake-Sumter Community College: Kids College, where she teaches a leaders-in-training course, helping young men and women to become leaders. When counseling, Linda has an innate ability to work one-on-one using compassion and sensitivity. She offers a very scientific, individualized therapy of common sense. By wholly engaging with her clients, Linda has been able to provide strategic insight to help them find their answers within themselves. It is important to her that she is not known as the expert, that you as a client, are the expert in your life. She partners with evidence based theories such as: cognitive behavioral approach, solutions focus, family systems therapy, mindfulness meditation and other methodology with an emphasis on finding new hope, happiness and success. In “addictions therapy,” she offers private sessions as well as groups for standard and intensive outpatient treatment. Linda offers a multitude of approaches in an effort to offer a range of useful services to help Clients reach success. She believes there is no “one answer” solution to addiction. Owaissa Vanderberg is a recent graduate from Rollins College, Master of Arts program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the state of Florida. In addition, Owaissa received a Relationship and Family certificate that meets the requirement for becoming a dually Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. She believes that a client’s presenting issues can be supported through the therapeutic use of humanistic and psychoanalytic techniques, such as Bibliotherapy, Narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and group work. These psychological tools are used with the intention of guiding the individual, couple, or family to discover the meaningful themes and strengths in their own life-story. Clients are encouraged to explore their habitual responses along with finding alternatives for more resilient and supportive life-choices. Throughout her work, Owaissa presumes an attitude of unconditional regard and applied empathy toward each client’s subjective experience, particularly when clients experience grief, life-phase transitions, and personal loss. These experiences are often accompanied by anxiety and depression, along with feelings of stress and despair. Her goal with clients is to provide a safe environment where individuals can express a wide range of emotions while locating the source of their psychological discomfort. She believes in creating a place where clients can embrace a more authentic self while discovering new avenues for hopefulness and freedom as they practice specific tools meant to develop their own helpful responses to the unique challenges of their experiences. Paige Bragg graduated from Ridge Community High School in 2010, receiving High Honors for maintaining a 4.2 GPA. She received her Associate’s of Arts Degree from the University of Central Florida in 2012. Paige is an animal lover, with three dogs and two cats as part of her household. When she’s not assisting at Counseling For Your Success, she spends her time collecting comics and watching movies, her favorites being “Pan’s Labyrinth” and any of the films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
