Borges Brooks Builders Scott formed this firm with his wife Lisa Marie Borges-Brooks and her father Dave Borges, due to a family desire to build their home in Watercolor in 2007. Scott and Dave recognized that there existed a need for a high quality builder who could offer integrity, financial acumen, relative speed and value to the customer. Scott and his family moved to Seagrove Beach and led the construction team which completed their WaterColor home in Summer 2008.
