Val has a BBA in marketing from TCU. With over 30 years’ experience in the physical fitness profession, Val has owned her own fitness business for over 20 years and her own Pilates Studio for the last 12 years right here in Gulf Breeze. She has attended and completed her courses with Polestar Pilates, Powerhouse Pilates, and PhysicalMind Institute and has Pilates certification with Pilates Method Alliance. Val also operates and manages the Pilates by Val Instructor Academy (PVIA). The Pilates by Val studio is accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and the PMA.
